Description
RephiQuik Max PES 32 mm Non-sterile Syringe Filters
RephiQuik Max PES 32 mm non-sterile multi-layer composite syringe filters are specifically developed for the rapid and efficient clarification of heavily particulate-laden or viscous samples prior to laboratory analysis. These filters decrease hand force and increase volume throughput, thereby enhancing laboratory efficiency for users.
A RephiQuik Max filter integrates three layers of filtration media within a compact, pigment-free, low extractable polypropylene housing featuring standard inlet and outlet connections. This strategic combination of purification media ensures significantly greater throughput and faster flow rates compared to conventional filters without prefilters. Consequently, they greatly reduce the need for multi-step filtration, particularly when processing hard-to-filter solutions. Furthermore, the construction of these disposable RephiQuik Max multi-layer composite syringe filters prevents the buildup of back pressure, which is typically caused by the blockage of an unprotected membrane. As a result, they facilitate a large sample loading capacity with rapid filtration speeds. Compared with single-layer conventional filters, users can easily and efficiently process two-to-five times more sample volume in less time with a RephiQuik Max multi-layer filter.
Each RephiQuik Max 32 mm filter is manufactured in a controlled environment and employs stringently selected filtration materials. This meticulous process ensures reliable results, consistent performance and integrity.
