RephiLe Warranty Statement

REPHILE warrants that its products will meet their published specifications against workmanship and material and when used in accordance with their instructions for a period of thirteen months from date of shipping from a RephiLe warehouse.  In the event of a failure to the product specifications, RephiLe, at its discretion, shall repair or replace the applicable product.  No product shall be returned without RephiLe’s explicit written authorization.  If RephiLe chooses not to repair or replace the product, RephiLe will refund all monies paid for such applicable product or part. 

This is a Limited Warranty, and the only warranty given by REPHILE.  It covers the product only and the extent of the coverage is limited to the cost of the product.  No person is authorized to give any other warranty or assume obligation or liability in RephiLe’s behalf.

REPHILE MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  IN NO EVENT SHALL REPHILE BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ECONOMIC LOSS OR PROPERTY DAMAGE SUSTAINED BY ANY CUSTOMER.
