How to demonstrate the quality of a RephiLe replacement cartridge?
Water quality is monitored online by the original water system and displayed as such. Thus if the original water system displays acceptable water parameters, such as conductivity, resistivity, TOC, etc., the functionality of a RephiLe replacement cartridge is proved acceptable.
One thing the system does not display is the capacity of a cartridge, such as the ion-exchange cartridge. All our ion-exchange cartridges have higher capacity than the corresponding Millipore cartridges, and the capacity is labeled on the Certificate of Quality.
All RephiLe cartridges are manufactured in an ISO9001:2008 certified facility inside a clean room. Raw materials and finished products need to pass stringent tests before they are released.
