Tips when you get “??” on a screen of RephiLe water systems

Have you once got such a message on a screen of your Direct-Pure water system?

You need a new battery!

Follow the procedures here to make it back to work:


Take off the front cover of the water system and find the board behind the screen. You will easily locate the position of the battery.

A. For Direct-Pure water systems

B. For PURIST UV water systems

C. For dispensers 

Step 2

Take off the old battery from its place by pressing the spring buckle highlighted with a yellow arrow as shown in the figure below.

Step 3

Install the new battery.

Step 4

Follow the instructions in user manuals and reset the date and time.
